A home for Aspen locals. Replacing an existing trailer on site, 2757 designed a custom site-built solution for a young couple to be a cost competitive solution to modern modular trailer options. Adding more cost effective sq. ft. than the off-site prefab version, by utilizing a split level
entry approach to a garden level basement and elevated upper level living & master spaces. This lofted strategy creates a treehouse feel for the compact floor plan, looking out above adjacent homes while nestled in the privacy of the large existing trees.
