katie ellingson
job captain
Katie has more than a decade of professional design experience in the Roaring Fork Valley. She earned her M. Arch from Kansas State University, where she developed a passion for creating thoughtful, site-responsive spaces. Her approach to design is grounded in a deep appreciation for the relationship between architecture, landscape, and place.
Her love for the land goes beyond architecture. In her free time, you can find her enjoying the outdoors with her husband, volunteering with a local non profit, or tending to her vegetable garden.
alex brown
project manager
Alex moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2020 for a four month internship, and four years later still hasn’t left. With a range of architectural experiences from competitively bid public facilities to luxury residential, they recognize thoughtful design can make a building special at any scale or budget.
Alex is also known outside the office as a prolific hiker and climber, having covered over 5,000 miles of the world on foot. Closer to home skis like a really good tourist or a really bad local, depending on who you ask.

varsha wilson
project designer
Varsha is an architectural designer with a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Calicut University in India and a Master’s from the University of Texas at Arlington. She’s a LEED Green Associate who’s genuinely passionate about sustainable and green building design, always looking for ways to be a little kinder to the planet. Before joining 2757 Design, she worked as a visualization specialist in New York City and as a designer in Texas, picking up a range of design perspectives along the way.
Outside of architecture, Varsha’s hobby list is a revolving door — right now it’s crocheting, dancing, and (attempting) tennis. Ask her again next month, it’ll probably change!
